Kathy studied Government and International Studies at the University of South Carolina. Afterwards, she pursued a career in the art industry. Makes perfect sense, right?
Kathy's career in real estate began unintentionally in 1990 after Hurricane Hugo destroyed her home and one of her art galleries. She moved to Hilton Head Island to escape the devastation, with an eye toward opening another gallery. Upon the realization that the Hilton Head market could not sustain another art gallery,
she called her Realtor and asked about the real estate biz. Fast forward a few months, and she found herself in a boutique firm on the Island. Her new career took off and she never looked back. Homesick for Charleston, she moved back in 1995 and shortly became a BIC for a large firm in town. She always loved the beach, and ultimately opened her own company on Sullivan's Island, specializing in selling and managing fine coastal homes. She sold that business 12 years later to a friendly competitor, and joined The Boulevard Company.
In her down time, she enjoys renovating homes, painting (art, not walls), and is a beginner woodworker.

Christian Fagan was born and raised in Charleston, SC, residing in nearly every zip code Charleston has to offer. Eric is a fourth generation Charlestonian who grew up in the historic district where he discovered its nooks and crannies. During the summers, he roamed Sullivan’s Island, Isle of Palms, and Charleston’s waterways enhancing his love for the area and all its treasures.
After graduating from the University of South Carolina and then obtaining his Master’s
Degree from the Medical University of South Carolina.
Prior to pursuing his interest in real estate and joining The Boulevard Company, Eric spent more than twenty years in employee relations at MUSC’s Medical Center. Originally from Rhode Island, Marissa has lived all over the country, moving every few years with her military husband. After a trip to Charleston in 2012 to visit family, she knew this was the place she hoped to one day call HOME. And in 2018, that dream became a reality when the Air Force moved Marissa’s husband & family to Charleston – and now she plans to never leave!
