Madison Reed has had a close connection to real estate since she was a child, having grown up in a real estate family of land developers, investors, builders, and real estate brokers. Between growing up watching her family pioneer the tiny home movement, and later working in her dad's real estate brokerage in Dallas, Texas, Madison learned and sharpened her real estate skills early. Madison and her family relocated to Charleston, SC, from Lake Oconee, Georgia, where she was a Realtor® at Reynolds Lake Oconee. Her real estate experience at Lake Oconee included serving on the Lake Country Board of Realtors as a committee chair. Now, as a resident of the Lowcountry in Charleston, Madison serves as a Board Member of the East Cooper Top Producers, a member of The Preservation Society of Charleston, and remains a
supporter of The Dewees Island Conservancy. She has also enjoyed mentoring scholarship applicants in public speaking and presentation skills through the Boys and Girls Club of America. Madison and her family enjoy exploring the Lowcountry, from the beaches to the rivers, and still marvel at how uniquely beautiful Charleston is. Also a boating captain, Madison considers being on or near the water her happy place. Madison enjoys sharing her expertise with luxury homes and estates, but her true pride is helping people reach their real estate goals, whether it be an investment property or a first-time home purchase. She considers herself a true luxury concierge Realtor®, no matter what the price point. In fact, many clients have not only trusted her with their biggest investments, but have also welcomed her into their lives and homes by inviting her to their most important events. Madison understands that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client's life, and representing and guiding her clients and investors through this process is a true privilege.

A Charleston native with a strong career under her belt and an artistic hand makes Carolina Jewett the ideal person to help you find or sell your home.
Carolina grew up in Charleston. Having attended Christ our King, Bishop England and College of Charleston; Carolina has had the opportunity to watch her home town develop from a small town to a bustling, up-and-coming city. She knows the in’s and outs, the best short cuts and is always in the know when it comes to what new restaurants are coming and what the latest hype is.
After living in San Diego for almost 5 years, Carolina decided to move back to Charleston with her husband to be close to family and raise her children in the same kind of amazing environment she was fortunate enough to grow up in. She and her husband, Kevin live in the Old Village with their son, Charlie (4) and daughter Sophie (2). Carolina’s husband Kevin is the Director of Sailing for the College of Charleston, making the couple very active in the community. As she made the transition home, Carolina realized that the corporate life that had once driven her was no longer her dream and that she wanted to do something that not only used her corporate experience but also recognized her talent as an artist. Real estate seemed to be calling her name from all directions.
A seasoned professional with 10 years of corporate and small business experience, Carolina developed skills that will help you in the negotiations that can be so painstakingly hard.
From high-level negotiations with Boeing to process improvement and innovative marketing strategies at IBM as well as communication at a small defense-contracting firm, Carolina will have experience to help you.
These combined with her natural aptitude to be a team player, natural leader and innate ability to think outside the box will make finding your home or listing your home.
Concurrently, she has continued to hone and develop my skills as an artist in both traditional and digital platforms, maintaining the integrity of her artistic abilities through continued practice while developing new skills through experimentation.
Over the course of her life Carolina has not only worked to strengthen her career but also her community, by volunteering through non-profits and serving on their boards.
Having been born abroad, Carolina is fluent in both English and Spanish and has been fortunate enough to use her language skills in the workplace.

Catherine “Cat” Laffitte
The Lowcountry is not Catherine’s home by an accident. She grew up as a traveling child, her family moving often to accommodate her father’s career as a Military Officer. Having seen many different areas of the country, she found Charleston and relocated here in 1992. Catherine fell in love with the culture and history of the area, but it was the friendliness and warmth of the people that captured her soul.
Working in the service industry when she first arrived in Charleston, she helped others new to the area. Moving into real estate in 1998, she continued her tradition of helping families relocate, as well as those just changing neighborhoods. Her career has also given her the opportunity to help those less fortunate.
Catherine truly loves the Lowcountry and she brings that enthusiasm to work with her every day. She prides herself on unparallel service and repeat business. Allow her the opportunity to help you and see how Catherine not just meets your expectations, but exceeds them.
Laura has lived in Charleston for nearly twenty years. She loves working with families and helping them find not only the perfect house but their perfect Lowcountry home.

Samuel “Sam” Hill
Over 16 years ago, my family visited Charleston for the first time. It only took one day to realize that the Charleston lifestyle was what we wanted for ourselves. We spent our vacation looking for a place as close to the beach as we could find, and we moved from Atlanta to Charleston within 6 months.
They say home is where the heart is, and I am inclined to believe that is true. I grew up in Atlanta, and the thought of relocating had never occurred to me. All that quickly changed after visiting Charleston. Something about the area just felt right. It felt like home, and like the Little River Band songs says, “it’s there that I feel my best.” Our willingness to make a Cool Change has made such a difference in our quality of life. I am so greatful for the experience and look forward to helping others do the same.
Perhaps you are looking to relocate like I did, or maybe you are dreaming of a second home (and potential investment property). For those that already call Charleston home, you too may need a Cool Change.
Please feel free to contact me with questions at any time. If Charleston is where you long to be, I look forward to helping you make a Cool Change!

Angela “Angie” O’Shields
I’m Tiffany Senden and I have a passion for all things home! My family, including twin boys, absolutely love living in the low country and we want to share that with my clients. I come from a background in sales and marketing in the lighting, home furnishings & design industry where I had the opportunity to work with top designers. My design background, coupled with my family’s business in development and construction, allows me to envision a homes’ potential through renovation and design opportunities. I’m an HGTV junkie and love helping my clients uncover the possibilities in any property…opening up floor plans, renovating kitchens/baths and adding charm with architectural accents! My wish for my clients is to find the right home, not just a house that may fit their needs, but a home they fall in love with.
When selling your home , I focus intently on the pre-marketing stage, before the home is put on the market. We need to have the best available offering and I’ll show you how that can translate into better prices and more buyers.
I believe your buying and selling experience can be greatly improved by partnering with the right realtor professional. One who is available for you, understands the process, guides you through potential pitfalls and handles the difficult scenarios. My clients have always appreciated the personal approach I bring to the partnership. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!

Kathleen “Kathy” Jordan
Kathy studied Government and International Studies at the University of South Carolina. Afterwards, she pursued a career in the art industry. Makes perfect sense, right?
Kathy's career in real estate began unintentionally in 1990 after Hurricane Hugo destroyed her home and one of her art galleries. She moved to Hilton Head Island to escape the devastation, with an eye toward opening another gallery. Upon the realization that the Hilton Head market could not sustain another art gallery,
she called her Realtor and asked about the real estate biz. Fast forward a few months, and she found herself in a boutique firm on the Island. Her new career took off and she never looked back. Homesick for Charleston, she moved back in 1995 and shortly became a BIC for a large firm in town. She always loved the beach, and ultimately opened her own company on Sullivan's Island, specializing in selling and managing fine coastal homes. She sold that business 12 years later to a friendly competitor, and joined The Boulevard Company.
In her down time, she enjoys renovating homes, painting (art, not walls), and is a beginner woodworker.
She lives in Mount Pleasant with her dogs and cats, along with the occasional partial snake or lizard she finds on the back porch.
