Lauren Anderson

A native of upstate South Carolina, Lauren put down roots in Mt. Pleasant in early 2004. She
and her husband Benji have rented in Old Mt. Pleasant and owned homes in Wando,
Wakendaw Lakes, Brickyard Plantation and The Groves.
Lauren’s professional career started in Marketing, with nearly 10 years focused exclusively in
Charleston real estate marketing. She has experience marketing properties from all areas
of the Charleston market, including the South of Broad historic district, waterfront estates of the
West Islands, Old Village family compounds, marsh front oases of West Ashley & James Island,
rambling beach houses on Isle of Palms and the gracious abodes of I’on in Mt. Pleasant.
Lauren’s career as a Realtor has blossomed! She enjoys working with families, retirees,
investors, first-time home buyers and the many people moving the Charleston each day to enjoy
the amazing lifestyle and opportunity the area offers its residents. In addition, Lauren owns a
successful real estate photography business that affords Clients a superior way to ensure their
home stands out in the competitive Charleston real estate market.
Lauren has two young children, a Great Dane, cats and fish. She enjoys volunteering at East
Cooper Montessori Charter School, H.O.P.E. Acres Rescue Farm and East Cooper Land Trust.
She loves designing and installing landscape plans, home renovation projects large and small,
and recreational activities like swimming, hiking, boating, biking and any other outdoor activity in
the unique and beautiful Lowcountry.
