she called her Realtor and asked about the real estate biz. Fast forward a few months, and she found herself in a boutique firm on the Island. Her new career took off and she never looked back. Homesick for Charleston, she moved back in 1995 and shortly became a BIC for a large firm in town. She always loved the beach, and ultimately opened her own company on Sullivan's Island, specializing in selling and managing fine coastal homes. She sold that business 12 years later to a friendly competitor, and joined The Boulevard Company.

Over 16 years ago, my family visited Charleston for the first time. It only took one day to realize that the Charleston lifestyle was what we wanted for ourselves.
